Kartal Automotive Limited is an auto parts store based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. We supply genuine OE parts and aftermarket parts. We are also steering and suspension specialists proudly distributing the Teknosa brand of products which is high quality aftermarket product that is available for most makes and models in the UK market.

All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers Teknosa branded products purchased from Kartal Automotive for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 12 000 mile whichever comes first. Mileage must be submitted with the rest of the proof at the time of fitment. All items not branded Teknosa have 30-day warranty period from the time of purchase.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the warranty coverage, the car part must be fitted by a certified professional mechanic. Proof of fitment, including the mechanic's certification, must be submitted to us via eBay messages within 30 days of the part's purchase date. Please send supporting documentation to us via email.

Professional Installation:

The car part must be installed by a professional mechanic in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Installation by an uncertified individual may void the warranty.

Proof of Fitment:

Customers must provide proof of fitment, which includes a detailed invoice from the certified mechanic specifying the installation date, the mechanic's credentials, and any other relevant details.

Submission Deadline:

Proof of fitment must be submitted to Kartal Automotive within 30 days of the original purchase date. Failure to submit the required documentation within this timeframe may result in the warranty being voided.

Warranty Claims:

In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact us immediately. The warranty claim must include the original proof of purchase, proof of fitment, and a detailed description of the issue. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or any modifications not approved by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Process:

Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, Kartal Automotive will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. If the part is no longer available, Kartal Automotive may provide an equivalent replacement or a refund.

Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the car part.

Limitation of Liability:

Kartal Automotive shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the warranted part.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996. By purchasing the car part from Kartal Automotive, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these warranty terms and conditions. Kartal Automotive reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Postage

For Home Delivery, we use Royal Mail Tracked and DPD for the majority of our domestic parcel deliveries.

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of expected delivery date.

An express delivery option is available for £3.99 on selected items. If your order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch, you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Express Services

So as valued customers we are now offering a paid £3.99 next working day delivery (Excludes weekends). To qualify for the next working day the cut off for an order is 2pm the day before. However we are still operating the free 1-3 working days delivery that our customers love.

We are very pleased to announce that the vast majority of orders will be delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD. Both of these couriers offer an excellent service and we are very pleased to have them on board. The courier chosen to deliver your parcel will depend on the size and weight of the goods you have purchased along with your location. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will email you with the details of the courier along with your tracking number.

You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.
